At Integrative Life Therapy we recognize an important need for protocols to ensure our personal spaces and greater community remain safe and supported.

 

Things to know before coming for your in-person session:

 

• BEFORE ENTERING take this COVID-19 Questionnaire / this screening process is for all who enter the office of Integrative Life Therapy

  • Upon completing the Questionnaire please follow instructions as directed

    • If you have answered YES to any of these questions please contact Anne Esguerra immediately at (631)764-0659 where you can discuss further session details.

    • If you have answered NO to all questions we will see you at your scheduled session time.

 

• UNIVERSAL MASKING:  All entering the office space are required to wear masks. If you do not have a mask the office will be equipped with extra for your visit. 

  • If you would prefer to not wear a mask please schedule an outdoor, phone or ZOOM session.

 

• PPE & CLEANING: N-95 / KF-94 masks will be worn by Anne in the office. A Medify Air Purifying HEPA H13 system will be running at all times during office hours. The office and all props are cleaned after each client. 

 

• APPOINTMENTS: Your appointment will be managed to allow social distancing, meaning the availability of appointments will be limited with plenty of time/space between in-person/in-office sessions each day.  Thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility.

  • Please attend your session alone. Though family & pets for support have been allowed in the office in the past, the office is no longer equipped to accommodate either.

  • Please bring your own beverages. Water & Tea are no longer be available.
